I’ve been using this bike for my daily 10-mile round trip to work and it’s been a game changer. The battery lasts me three full days before needing a recharge, and the pedal assist is super smooth. Hills that used to make me sweat are now a breeze. Build quality feels solid, though the bike is a bit heavy to carry up stairs – but that’s expected for an e-bike. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
Bought this to replace my car for short trips. It handles potholes reasonably well thanks to the 20-inch tyres. I’m 95kg and the bike supports me easily with room to spare. The waterproofing (IP54) has been tested in a few rainy commutes – no electrical problems at all. Assembly took me about 45 minutes. Great customer support too. Very pleased.
Everything works really well – the motor is quiet, the brakes are responsive, and the range is accurate (I get about 60km on eco mode). The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the assembly instructions were a bit confusing; I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out the front wheel installation. Otherwise, a fantastic bike for the price.
The suspension fork absorbs bumps nicely on paved roads and light gravel paths. I’ve done 200km so far with zero issues. The display is easy to read even in sunlight, and the throttle response is instant when I need a boost from traffic lights. Charging takes about 6 hours from empty, which is fine overnight. Highly recommend for urban commuting.
I was sceptical about the price, but after a month of riding, I’m impressed. The 250W motor is plenty for UK roads (legal limit anyway). The battery meter is accurate – no sudden drop from 50% to 0% like on cheaper models. The disc brakes stop well even in wet conditions. My only minor gripe: the seat could be more padded for longer journeys. Still 5 stars from me.
